Miniflex® 540 is a not-motorised in-line flexo printing unit suitable for very high speeds, even up to 850 m/min*. Indeed, the inking system by laser engraved ceramic anilox roller and doctor-blade has been designed to get high printing quality at huge speeds. Moreover, the ink feeding system by pneumatic pump can supply steadily the right quantity of ink in the reservoir.

The machine is equipped with pneumatic system to use water base inks: when the machine is in stand-by, the roller are kept in movement to avoid that the ink gets dry.

This printer is completely pneumatic: just moving a lever, the printer reaches automatically the printing position and the rollers go in contact each other. When the equipment is in stand-by position, the anilox roller and the printing roller move not to be in contact anymore and not to damage the stereo.
