Modular 945 is a central drum flexographic machine printing with 4 colours. It is idealT to print on plastic films and on paper materials with thickness from 30 to 150 g/m2. The available printing width ranges from 240 to 600 mm and the printing repeat is variable, since the machine allows in-line sleeve change. Modular 945 has a maximum working speed of 250 m/min and it is fitted with a control video camera checking the printing register between colours. In addition, a cooling system for the central drum and for the final product has been installed as well. A corona treatment station has been integrated in the whole system. Modular 945 employs solvent-based inks.
